Loyalty Program
At Nature Shop, we have a new Loyalty Program. The aim of the program is to reward our loyal customers with discounts and other promotions.
Joining the program is free and there are no minimum spend limits or any other conditions to retain the membership. A unique membership number will be emailed once you have joined.
How does the program work:-
- When we run a promotion, for example a 10% discount on hair products, we will email our loyalty members with an e-voucher , that will explain the details of the promotion.
- The e-voucher can be redeemed by shopping at our online store or alternatively it can be transferred to another person who may or may not be a loyalty member.
- The e-voucher can be redeemed by entering it as part of the shipping details. Please see attached image file .
- The discounts that apply will be indicated on the email receipt sent from the shopping cart.
- Once the e-voucher is redeemed it cannot be used again
- In future, we will adopt a process where the e-voucher will not be required to be entered
